Christmas Fundraiser

The Floyd County Police Department is proud to debut a Christmas fundraiser that will provide bicycles to kids in need this season. Children don't understand the economics of poverty or why they might not get the gifts they want; COVID and lockdowns have been especially difficult for families and the police department wants to help make Christmas memorable for children in 2020.

We are pleased to partner with TRED, a local trails advocate who will help us with distribution and inspection of bicycles. The Walmart on Cartersville Highway has agreed to help us in our efforts.

Thank you GMC Value-Mart (3402 Alabama Highway) for your incredible work in helping us with our smoked Boston butt fundraiser. The turnout on Dec 5 was overwhelming and everybody wins!
