COVID 19 updates
The offices of the Floyd County Police Department are open for normal business hours. Please be mindful and respectful of community guidelines established to mitigate risk associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and not enter if you are showing any signs of sickness.
You may continue to email our office or call with any questions about investigations or suspicious activity. Social distancing and limiting contact with others is important during this time and we want to protect the health of our officers of employees.
Incident reports are available to you by emailing your request to
police@floydcountyga.org
. Vehicle crash reports are available for download and printing at
www.buycrash.com
.
As always we are here to serve our community and hope that by adding this level of social distancing we will endure the pandemic and ensure the future health of our staff and officers. Social media should not be a replacement for 911, but questions can also be directed to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
We are working hard to remain healthy so that we can be available to your calls for service. Our officers have been issued masks, gloves and disinfectant. Using these resources and other best practices we hope to carry on with the same level of service.
The health of our officers and families is important and we ask for your patience during this unusual time.
