Training Division
The Training Division at Floyd County Prison provides annual and specialized training for 180 county employees who supervise offenders. A training Lieutenant along with 5 certified instructors conduct approximately 100 training programs each year. Certified Correctional Officers obtain a combined 8000 hours of instruction annually.
