All defendants in criminal cases that were to report for jury trial in Judge Colston’s courtroom on Monday are notified to appear on Friday, January 14th at 1:00.
Defendants and their attorneys are only required to report. Witnesses may appear but are not required to do so.
All Jurors on call for this week should call the jury call in number on their summons to determine if other Judges intend to conduct jury trials.
