JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this classification is to perform general work functions associated with the operation of County parking facilities. MAJOR DUTIES: Performs customer service functions; provides information and assistance to parking customers, jurors, the general public, and other individuals; directs customers to available parking spaces. Monitors parking lot; enforces parking rules, regulations and procedures; patrols parking lot and/or other assigned areas; identifies problem situations; takes appropriate action.  Conducts miscellaneous tasks/errands as necessary, such as transporting mail.  Responds to routine requests for information or assistance from citizens, employees, law enforcement officials, County officials, the public, or other individuals; responds to complaints and initiates problem resolution. Performs other related duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or G.E.D.; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.  Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver's License.

- LONGEVITY PAY: Pays 1, 2, or 3 percent of salary plus $50 per year depending on years of service.
