This project site consists of approximately 2.14 acres of level ground bound on the south side by the Oostanaula River levee, on the east by commercial development, the contiguous property to the west, a new 128 room Courtyard by Marriott is being constructed and on the north by West Third Street. The site is zoned Urban Mixed Use (UMU), the most flexible zoning designation within the city and lies between Floyd Medical Center’s main campus and Historic Downtown Rome.
