DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL
for
RICHARD B. RUSSELL REGIONAL AIRPORT
September 2020
Richard B. Russell Regional Airport, owned and operated by Floyd County, hereby gives notice and announces a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years (FFY) 2021-2023. The proposed overall DBE goal is 11.26% for all Airport Improvement Program (AIP)-funded projects in FFY 2021-2023. The methodology used in developing this goal is available for inspection during normal business hours at the administrative office of the Airport Manager, Richard B. Russell Regional Airport, 304 Russell Field Road NE, Rome, GA 30161, or at www.romefloyd.com . The County will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal until October 22, 2020. Comments may be submitted to the Airport at the above address, or to carrollj@floydcountyga.org.
