Bids will be received until 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 12, 2016 local time in the office of the Purchasing Director, located in Suite 106 of the Floyd County Administration Building, #12 East Fourth Ave, Rome, Georgia 30161. Late bids will not be accepted. Envelopes are to be sealed and reference the above project.
Scope of Work
Install new addressable fire alarm panel as well as update existing fire and burglar alarm systems with new components to bring system back to full functionality.
MANDATORY PRE-BID AND SITE VISIT will be held at 10:00am on Friday, March 25, 2016. Participants will meet at the Library Lobby and be directed to the meeting room, 205 Riverside Pkwy NE, Rome, GA 30161. Site visit will follow meeting.
