About this opportunity
Floyd County, the City of Rome and the City of
Cave Spring endeavor to prepare a major update to their existing Comprehensive
Plan with the goal of keeping the Comprehensive Plan relevant and produce new
recommendations for implementation. The scope of work and bid documents are attached below.
