Floyd County Corrections
Floyd County Corrections is comprised of a 448-bed medium security prison to house state offenders and a 100-bed Work Release Center to house local offenders. Both facilities are under the direct supervision of the Warden.
The prison's state offenders are assigned by the Georgia Department of Corrections through a yearly contract approved by the Floyd County Commissioners.
