Commissioner William "Bill" Collins

Mayor William (Bill) Collins is married to Rome City School Board member Faith (Wilson) Collins. He has three children and three grandchildren. He has owned Collins Auto Clean-Up for 31 years and has served on the Rome City commission since 1996.
He serves on several community organizations which include:
- Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce
- Progressive Men’s Organization of Rome, Inc.
- Rome Rotary Club International
- NAACP
- Northwest Georgia Minority Business Association
- National Member of National Black Caucus of Elected Officials
He also completed the Georgia Municipal Association’s training program for elected officials.
