The Floyd County Board of Elections and Voter Registration consists of three members appointed by the Floyd County Board of Commissioners. The Board has responsibility for the oversight of elections and registration of voters within its jurisdiction..

The Floyd County Board of Elections and Voter Registration members are appointed by the Floyd County Board of Commissioners with staggered four year terms. Current terms of office are:  
          
Tony Daniel – Term expires December 31, 2016
Mardi Haynes-Jackson – Term expires December 31, 2014
Steve Miller  - Term expires December 31, 2014

Board Meetings
The Board of Elections and Voter Registration regular meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 12 noon in the Elections Office. In the event of a holiday or scheduling conflict, such as prior to an election, meetings are re-scheduled.
